Overview
The S150 spindle housing is an FC30 casting, precision bored and honed. The spindle shaft is forged from alloy steel and undergoes high-frequency heat treatment. Precision bearings from SKF (Germany), NSK (Japan) and Taiwan TPI are fitted to maintain spindle nose accuracy at 0.002 mm or less. Maximum spindle speed is 1800 RPM, suitable for mounting on CNC servo slides or hydraulic feed tables for heavy machining applications.
