Hansheng Automation uses the high-precision gear skiving machine Kashifuji KPS30 and gear hobbing machine Kashifuji KP800, specializing in high-precision internal and external gear processing. We support bespoke gear manufacturing. As long as the gear size you need is between 3mm and 300mm, and the module is between 0.1 and 5.0, you can find us. In addition to spur gear, we can also process bevel gear, helical gear, hypoid gear, spiral bevel gear and other gears, and we can achieve their accuracy in line with ISO level 5, DIN level 5 and GB level 5. When we produce gears, we need to consider the specific working conditions in which the gears are used. We choose materials according to the working conditions. For corrosive working environments, we often use 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel and S32205 stainless steel. For high-intensity working environments, we choose alloy steel with model AISI 4130. For high-temperature environments, we currently use Inconel 718 to produce gears in engines. But the materials we can use are far more than that. We have the ability to process carbon steel, aluminum alloy, gray cast iron HT250, ductile iron QT250, PEEK, and PTFE + carbon fiber. The main ways we produce gears are gear skiving, gear hobbing, gear shaping and gear broaching. We use these production methods to produce gears in the shape of spur gears, helical gears, bevel gears, spiral bevel gears, racks, worm gears, etc. For these gears, we can strictly control the processing tolerance to ±0.01mm to meet the high precision requirements of customers.
