- Wire EDM: Processes ultra-hard materials, precision molds, and parts with tiny, complex contours that are difficult to achieve with standard CNC machining.
CNC Machining Tolerances
- General Turning & Milling: ±0.01mm, best for structural components, housing, brackets.
- Precision Turn-Mill: ±0.005mm, best for sensor shaft, medical probe, precision connector.
- Precision Grinding: ±0.005mm, best for precision shafts and mating pins.
- Super-Finish / Mirror Machining: ±0.002mm, best for optical components, medical implants, high-pressure valve cores.
Materials We Machine
- Metals: Aluminum Alloys (6061, 7075, 5052, 2A12), Stainless Steels (303, 304, 316L, 17-4PH), Alloy Steels/Tool Steels (42CrMo, 40Cr, SKD11), Titanium Alloys (Grade 2, Grade 5), Copper/Brass/Bronze (C3600, H59, QSn6.5-0.1), and other special alloys.
- Engineering Plastics: PEEK, Nylon (PA), Polyoxymethylene (POM / Delrin), Polycarbonate (PC), Acrylic (PMMA), Teflon (PTFE).
Our Surface Finishing Options
- As Machined: Retains the original surface after CNC machining, with fine tool marks visible. A standard surface finish of Ra 1.6μm is available.
- Bead Blasting: Uses tiny glass beads or other abrasives to spray the part surface at high speed, creating a uniform, matte or satin texture without gloss.
- Anodizing-Type II & III: Type II forms a corrosion-resistant oxide film that can be dyed in various colors, providing both protection and decoration. Type III (Hard Anodizing) forms a thicker and harder oxide film, greatly improving surface hardness and wear resistance.
- Plating: Deposits a layer of metal on the part surface, such as Nickel plating, Chrome plating, and Zinc plating.
- Powder Coating: Electrostatically sprays powdered paint onto the part surface and then heats it to cure, forming a tougher and more durable protective layer than traditional spray painting. A wide range of colors is available.
- Passivation: Removes free iron from the stainless steel surface, enhances its natural rust resistance, and does not change the appearance of the part.
- Black Oxide: Forms a thin black oxide film on the steel surface, providing certain corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
- Polishing: Gradually removes tiny surface imperfections through mechanical or chemical methods to obtain a mirror-smooth, highly reflective surface, which can reduce the Ra value to an extremely low level.
- Heat Treatment: Changes the internal microstructure of the metal through Hardening, Annealing, and Tempering to optimize its hardness, strength, and toughness.
FAQ
- What file formats do you accept? 3D (.STP / .STEP, .IGS / .IGES, .X_T), 2D (.PDF, .DWG). It's best to provide both 2D drawings and 3D models for a more accurate quote.
- What is your typical delivery time? What factors affect it? Delivery time depends on the complexity of the project, part structure, quantity, materials, and surface treatment. As the source factory, production progress can be reported at any time.
- If the materials I need are not on your list, can you procure and process them? Yes, almost all industrial-grade metals and engineering plastics can be procured and processed. Inform in advance if you need materials not listed.
- Can you provide advice on material selection? Yes, engineers can recommend suitable materials based on application scenario, load, environment, wear resistance, and budget.
