Main components and functionsSugar Cooking Kettle (Candy Cooking Pot)Function: Heats and mixes sugar, glucose and other ingredients to reach target Brix and viscosity; ensures uniform heating and repeatable texture for hard, soft and lollipop products.
Small Candy Depositing & Forming MachineKey features: adjustable deposit weight (g/piece), precise pouring into molds, compatible with multiple mold types. Operation: deposits candy paste according to preset weight parameters; interchangeable molds enable different shapes and sizes while maintaining uniform appearance.
Cooling TableProcess: filled molds are transferred to the cooling table where candies set and solidify; ensures dimensional stability and surface finish prior to demolding and packaging.
