Pasta production line process flow
  • Mixing
    Flour and water (plus optional ingredients such as egg or vegetable powders) are blended into a homogeneous dough.
  • Extruding
    The dough is extruded through molds/dies to form the desired pasta shape.
  • Cutting
    Automatic cutting units trim pasta to set lengths for long-cut and short-cut products.
  • Drying
    Multi-stage drying with controlled temperature and humidity ensures shelf life and structural integrity.
  • Cooling & packing
    After drying, pasta is cooled and forwarded to manual or automatic packaging machines.
