Pasta production line process flow- Mixing
Flour and water (plus optional ingredients such as egg or vegetable powders) are blended into a homogeneous dough. - Extruding
The dough is extruded through molds/dies to form the desired pasta shape. - Cutting
Automatic cutting units trim pasta to set lengths for long-cut and short-cut products. - Drying
Multi-stage drying with controlled temperature and humidity ensures shelf life and structural integrity. - Cooling & packing
After drying, pasta is cooled and forwarded to manual or automatic packaging machines.
