Overview
The multi-lane stick packaging machine is an automatic high-speed stick pack machine for packaging powders, granules, liquids and other free-flowing products into stick-shaped sachets. It performs film unwinding, film pulling, date coding, bag forming, precision weighing/filling, automatic sealing, cutting and discharge of finished packages.

How it works

• Feeding system conveys powder into the hopper where a precision dosing system measures the required quantity.
• The main packaging unit automatically performs film unwinding, film pulling, date coding and bag forming.
• The measured product is filled into formed bags followed by automatic sealing, cutting and discharge of the finished packages.
