Product overview netFIELD Edge devices act as intelligent data routers between the operational (OT) and information technology (IT) levels of automated systems. Using containerised, freely loadable software, devices can locally aggregate, process or forward IIoT data in parallel to existing production and control systems. The platform includes a secured Linux, a web configuration interface and two independent container engines. Optional remote management of devices and containers is available via the netFIELD Cloud portal, enabling central 24/7 life-cycle engineering and reducing on-site management effort.
