This is a fastener (Hexalobular socket pan head machine screw) commissioned making by our French customer. This fastener has a quantity of 100K and utilizes thread rolling technology during mass production. After basic shaping, it undergoes chrome plating to ensure a smooth and burr-free surface. Moreover, a special nylok treatment is applied at the customer-specified location using a unique technique. A special nylok coating is permanently attached to the thread, providing powerful shock resistance and preventing loosening. When the internal and external threads are tightened, the nylok material is compressed, generating a strong reactive force that greatly increases friction between the threads and provides absolute vibration resistance. The nylok treatment is a highlight of this product, enhancing its performance and durability even in harsh environments with constant vibrations or movement.
