This is a description of assembling parts, including three different product parts and their related processing, testing, and assembly requirements. Here are explanations of each part and its requirements:
M3 screw: The material of this part is 1008 steel, and it is zinc-plated on the surface. The screw needs to undergo a 36-hour salt spray test and meet the strength requirement of grade 4.8.
Square washer: The material of this part is DC04 steel, and it is zinc-plated on the surface. During the manufacturing process, the washer needs to undergo mold stamping to obtain the required shape. This part also needs to undergo a 36-hour salt spray test to ensure its corrosion resistance performance in harsh environments. When assembling, this washer needs to be used together with the M3 screw and undergo a 1.2Nm torque test and a gauge check.
Stamped clip: The raw material is H62 brass pre-plated with a nickel bottom layer and a tin top layer. This part needs to undergo a full inspection to ensure that its quality meets the requirements. When assembling, this clip needs to be used together with the square washer and M3 screw, it is important to note that its parallelism needs to reach 0.1, and the locking force of the screw needs to be 0.2-0.5Nm.
Finally, after the three parts produced by HLC are assembled, QC needs to conduct tests to ensure that the quality and function of all assembled parts meet the requirements.
