Electric fusion machine Six position

This is a fully automated six-position electric fluxer ideal for preparing fused beads and glass disks for XRF analysis, and solutions for AA, ICP, and wet chemistry analysis. Common applications are for testing refractories, ceramics, catalysts, glass, cement, slag, ores, clinker, rocks, minerals, and soils. The machine can quickly adjust to process any sample with in-built and custom fusion methods. Custom methods can be reliably developed using the multi-lingual wizard. It can usually process 20-30 samples per hour. Fusion parameters are automatically controlled. These include heating time, temperature, mixing time and rate, cooling time (for glass disks) and stirring time (for solutions). Crucibles and molds are kept at the same temperature in the closed electric oven, and a display indicates the temperature. The holding temperature can be adjusted to minimize ramping time.
