Description
The TGM model is manufactured by Horiba Scientific, Ltd. It is a monochromator that covers the whole VUV wavelength range from 10 nm to 400 nm. With its optical design that utilizes a toroidal grating in grazing incidence, the TGM becomes a low abberation monochromator with excellent throughput.
The focal length of TGM is up to 320 mm, and the aperture is f\16. It has a deviation angle of 142°.
