The secondary defect elimination tester HZJB-1700 is controlled by a microcontroller, which makes it simple to use and convenient to carry. It can be used to test the action values and time of AC relays. Additionally, it can test the protection functions of low-voltage microcomputer-based line protection systems, such as re-pressurization blocking, direction overcurrent, zero-sequence overcurrent, low-cycle load reduction, and full transmission protection of high-voltage microcomputer-based line protection. The tester can also be used to check the start value, quick-break value, and second harmonic inrush blocking value for the differential protection of microcomputer-based transformers.
Test Function
1.Manual Test: The manual test can output three AC voltages and three AC currents. The amplitude, phase, frequency, and sequence components of the AC quantities can be manually controlled with step size adjustments.
2.State Sequence Test: This test can evaluate action times and simulate multiple failure states. Up to five states can be set. It can simulate re-closing acceleration and can also be combined with the company’s WeChat-controlled analog circuit breaker for backup self-firing tests.
3.Low-Cycle Load Shedding Test: The unit can perform fixed-point tests for low-cycle load shedding, including action values, action times, slip lock values, voltage lock values, and current lock values.
4.Concurrent Test: The unit can test the relevant indicators of the concurrently tested device.
5.Harmonic Test: The unit can be used to test second harmonic inrush current blocking for transformer differential protection.
