The HZJB-I Three-Phase Relay is engineered to deliver superior performance and accuracy in monitoring and safeguarding three-phase power systems. With its state-of-the-art technology and precision engineering, this relay ensures the seamless operation and protection of critical electrical equipment and machinery.
Equipped with advanced microprocessor-based algorithms, the HZJB-I Three-Phase Relay offers precise and responsive protection against a range of electrical faults, including overcurrent, undercurrent, phase imbalance, and phase loss. This level of protection is essential for preventing damage to equipment and ensuring the safety and reliability of the power system.
- Industrial control computer and Windows operating system are pre-installed. Avoid frequent power cycling.
- USB interfaces allow hot-swap of USB equipment (e.g., flash disk), but connect/disconnect only after data transfer is complete.
- Do not delete or alter hardware documents or desktop logos to ensure stable operation of the built-in Windows OS. Avoid installing unauthorized software.
- When connecting external keyboard or mouse, ensure correct terminal connection to avoid startup issues.
- Do not shut off power supply directly during output to avoid incorrect protection actions.
- For switch quantity compatible with both idle and charged contacts, connect the high terminal (anode) of contact potential with the common end +KM.
- Do not insert objects into ventilation slots or I/O sockets. Ensure air slots, power switch, and plug remain unobstructed. Place the instrument upright or slightly tilted using the bracket.
- Do not lead external AC/DC power into the voltage and current output sockets.
- For strong disturbance or high safety requirements, ground the power source outlet or tester's protective earth before testing.
- If interface data is incorrect, delete the ‘para’ file under ‘E\Relay Protection Calibrator\’ and restart the program to restore defaults.
Procedures for turning on:
- Plug the tester into an AC220V outlet. If using an external computer, connect the serial communication line properly.
- After checking connections, switch on the tester and any external computer. The ‘Relay Protection Calibrator’ software interface will appear. Use the mouse or tracking ball to select test modules.
Procedures for turning off:
- Do not turn off the power switch directly. First terminate the Windows OS, then press the power button when prompted for safe shutdown.
- Use the mouse or ‘QUIT’ key to exit all test units. After returning to the main interface, press ‘QUIT’ again and confirm shutdown. Turn off the power switch when prompted.
- You can also shut down via the OS ‘start’ menu.
