OverviewA 6-phase secondary-injection relay protection tester supplies six fully independent current channels and up to six simultaneous voltage outputs. This independence is essential for testing busbar differential protection, three-winding transformer protection and end-to-end relay verification between remote terminals, avoiding staged tests or mid-job reconfiguration that introduce errors and extend commissioning time.
Test modules / Relay types (table)Relay protection type | Test item | Proposed test module | Remarks
Signal relay | Corresponding test items | DC Test | AC and DC test. If the intermediate relay requires hybrid AC/DC input, use the 'AC and DC Test' module. For very low rated signal currents, use the tester's voltage loop output.
Time relay | Various timing tests | See timing modules | See modules
Intermediate relay | Various function tests | See modules | See modules
Coincidence relay | Function tests | See modules | See modules
Other DC voltage/current relays | Corresponding tests | See modules | See modules
Current relay | Corresponding test items | AC Test | Sequence component relays: use special sequence module in 'AC Test'. Inverse-time relays: use 'It characteristics' module.
