Description

The HZJB-D Single Phase Relay Protection Tester is a portable field testing equipment with excellent performance. It features an elegant and polished appearance with an aluminum alloy chassis and PC panel. Controlled by an ARM chip, the LCD screen displays voltage and current output, as well as a stopwatch. The device can output fully isolated, adjustable AC/DC voltage and current, and an adjustable DC voltage. The output loop is equipped with double overload protection, large output capacity, small volume, light weight, and high reliability. It is suitable for field calibration and testing of various relays. Device simulates failure state; adjust knob to control AC/DC voltage and current output. - Auxiliary Output DC voltage and current: Set potentiometer to zero, connect output line, select required voltage (0V or 110~220V), press output button, adjust potentiometer for voltage/current output. For external input, connect output to external input voltage/current terminal or to external voltmeter/ammeter. - Resistance/capacitor usage: Disconnect U-shaped short tab on Rx, select appropriate resistance/capacitance in series, connect as shown in figures. - Stopwatch: Input signal (contact converts On to Off or Off to On, with 5V-250V positive DC contact). For single/dual input, connect to switch contacts as shown in figures. Application examples: Measure action time and feedback time of relay coil. Caution: - Device should be reliably grounded during operation for safety. - Adjust the "contrast adjustment" if the display is dark or black. - The measuring selection button is invalid after current outputting.
