Product overview
The FDTRM series flat-die thread rolling machines by IMC are designed for forming external threads on bolts and similar fasteners. Multiple models cover a range of diameters and production rates to match different workshop needs.

Details
Flat-die rolling forms threads by cold-deforming material between a fixed and a moving die. Models differ by minimum/maximum rollable diameter, maximum thread length, production speed and motor power. The smallest model produces up to 80 pieces/min with approximately 2 H.P.; larger models handle greater diameters with higher power (up to 20 H.P.). Flat dies are manufactured from D2 tool steel and are available from stock.
