Product overviewHorizontal ledger welding machine designed to hold and weld ledger blades simultaneously. The unit clamps ledger blades and moves welding torches pneumatically. Length is adjustable via a screw-wheel drive to suit on-site requirements. Welding angle and position adjustments support varied joint geometries and penetration control.
Application / FunctionAutomatic ledger welding is used to weld ledger blades to pipe without intermediate joints, enabling repeatable, high-volume production with consistent alignment. Typical use includes fabrication of scaffold ledger assemblies and prefabricated structural members when combined with other welding units such as base jack, inner prop, outer prop, cuplock and ringlock machines.
