Product overviewThe scaffolding pipe punching machine is designed to produce precise holes in scaffolding and prop inner tubes for high-volume manufacturing. The unit uses a hydraulic system to deliver controlled punching strokes and is configured for heavy-duty, continuous operation. The machine comprises a punching head mounted on a rigid frame, with punch and die sets adapted to the required hole shapes and sizes.
Hole making machine capabilitiesThe machine performs two-direction punching (both sides simultaneously) and is set up to punch holes with diameters from 10 mm to 18 mm on 48.3 mm and other pipe diameters. Tube wall thickness capacity is 1.8 mm to 4 mm. The system supports interchangeable cutting tools for round, square and oblong holes. Hole pitch and hole count are adjustable via the touch-screen interface to match production patterns.
