Product Description
Gas flow sensor with decoupled heater and temperature elements. Hotmelt housing dimensions and element resistances identical to FS7. Compatible with iST Flow demo board. Thermal sensing on a compact ceramic substrate allows straightforward mechanical and fluidic integration.

FS gas flow sensor family (summary)
iST FS thermal mass flow sensors combine sensitivity at low flows with a wide measuring range and fast response. Heating and temperature sensing structures are protected by a glass coating on a ceramic chip enabling compact integration into different channel geometries. Applications include medical gas monitoring, industrial gas dosing systems and continuous filter performance checks. Custom adaptations and housing assembly options available.
