The JAUDT's flat slide gate (FS100) is used for various discharge processes, with free flowing bulk goods from bunkers, containers, dosing equipments, silos, etc. It can be used as an emergency discharge slide gate. It is available in sizes 150x150, 200x200, 250x250, 250x400, 300x300, 315x500, 300x450, 330x500, 350x350, 400x400, 500x500, 500x600, 600x600, 630x630, is made out of structural and stainless, heat-resistant steel, temperature is T80, T250 and T400. It also features a cylinder head screw for guiding, adjustable sealing, DIN parts, a manual or pneumatic drive, with tightness to the outside of <= 0,5 bar to leak rate C, according to DIN EN 12266:2003. It comes in unmachined steel colors, RAL 9006, RAL 5015, KH priming and top-coat each 30 µm, a RAL 9005 motor, etc. Special colors and sizes can be requested and delivered.
