FLD Series electromagnetic flow meter is the application of Faraday electromagnetic induction principle, used to measure the conductive liquid whose conductivity is more than 5us/cm. Owing to its high accuracy, small error,no resistance,no pressure loss,reliable performance ,stable long term use and so on, the electromagnetic flow meter has been widely used in petroleum, chemical industry,metallurgy,light textile, paper making, environmental protection, food and areas of municipal management,water conservancy construction, etc. Features: It is not affected by the change of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity. The measuring pipe has no obstructing flow parts, no pressure loss and lower requirement of straight pipe section. The sensor can be provided with a grounding electrode to realize good grounding of the instrument. The sensor adopts advanced processing technology, so that the instrument has good anti-negative pressure ability. The converter uses backlight LCD, which can make reading easier under reflected sunlight or in dark room. The parameters can be set by remote control with infrared ray, which can be set safely without opening the cover plate of the converter in harsh environment. The converter has the functions of self-diagnosis alarm output, empty load detection alarm output, flow upper and lower limit alarm output, and bipolar flow value alarm output. It can be not only used for general process detection, but also suitable for pulp, paper pulp and paste liquid measurement.
