Features:
YPS series reducer is a special gear transmission matched with the counter-rotating parallel twin-screw extruder. The main transmission parts are made of high-strength alloy steel. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding teeth. The gear accuracy is (GBl0095-88)6. An over-sized thrust bearing is disposed in the front of the hollow output shaft and is subjected to the working recoil force of the screw. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high carrying capacity, smooth transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
