Product Description
The ACE cold extrusion pet food processing machine is designed for low-temperature production of high-protein and meat-based pet foods (dry, semi-wet, meat pieces and strips, canned textures). Based on American extrusion technology, the line integrates driving, feeding, extrusion, moulding/cutting and control systems to maintain low process temperatures and product integrity.

Applications and Features

• Product types: low-temperature dry kibble, semi-wet products, meat pieces, meat strips, components for canned pet food.
• Materials accepted: fresh meat, meat meal, soy/bean powder, protein concentrates, cereals and added micronutrients.
• Adjustable cold extrusion temperature with targeted cooling media to control product temperature during extrusion.
• Changeable moulds and recipe adjustments allow production of various shapes and textures (granules, bars/strips, flakes) and different hardness levels.
• Modular construction: driving, feeding, extrusion, moulding/cutting and control subsystems for integration in industrial lines.
