Product Description
The WYT Series twin screw extruder is a fully automatic, high‑output extrusion system designed for large‑scale production of snacks and animal feed. Its modular, intermeshing twin screws provide controlled heating, mixing and conveying, enabling flexible processing across a wide range of formulations and product types. The machine features a heated barrel, precision screw geometry and adjustable process parameters to ensure repeatable results and efficient throughput.

How it works
The twin screws rotate in parallel inside a barrel, creating kneading and compression zones that heat and shear raw materials. Temperature, pressure and screw configuration are adjustable to optimize cooking, texturizing and expansion. A direct‑cutting system with linear slide rail delivers precise cutting of extrudates and supports continuous high‑speed operation.
