The 15-ton 90-degree Hydraulic Upender is designed for rotating cylinder liners from horizontal to vertical positions (0–90°) during production. It features a large dual-platform design (approx. 4800×2600mm + 2600×2000mm) to accommodate various liner sizes. The table slightly elevates above floor level at 0°, and partially lowers into a pit at 90°, with a retractable arc-shaped operator platform (max load: 200kg) for safe access. The worktable includes four or more roller supports with screw-and-rail-driven rollers that move horizontally and vertically via electric control to adapt to different liner diameters.

Note: The above parameters are for reference only, all products can be customized
1. Multiple Emergency Stop Devices
- Equipped with no fewer than two emergency stop switches. The control system includes an emergency stop button that immediately halts operation when pressed.
2. Explosion-Proof Hydraulic Cylinders
- Each cylinder includes a built-in safety valve that locks hydraulic oil in case of hose rupture or detachment, preventing sudden drops.
3. Power-Off Pressure Relief Descent
- The hydraulic power unit has a pressure relief valve allowing the platform to descend by gravity when power is lost.
4. Automatic Pressure Holding During Power Outage
- In case of power failure, the system holds pressure automatically to keep the platform stable and prevent dangerous tilting or falling.
5. Mechanical Limit Stops at 0° and 90°
- Mechanical stops at key positions prevent over-rotation and ensure the workpiece remains securely in place.
6. Hydraulic Self-Locking Mechanism
- The platform locks automatically upon stopping. It does not drop due to power loss or hydraulic leakage.
7. Safety Fencing and Interlocks
- Protective barriers and interlocking systems are installed around the upender to prevent personnel from entering the rotation area during operation.
