The 3-Ton 90-Degree Hydraulic Coil Upender is used to rotate wire coils 90 degrees using an electric hydraulic pump and double-acting cylinders. The first platform features rollers for positioning the coil and a strapping bracket to secure it during rotation. The second platform is movable, allowing easy insertion of lifting tools before flipping. After rotation, the coil is removed by crane, and the system resets automatically. It supports up to 3 tons and ensures safe, stable, and efficient coil handling.
