The stepper motor linear actuator uses a threaded shaft to move a needle valve axially, with thread pitch and step angle determining resolution. Tight thread tolerances are recommended to minimize backlash and dead zones.
In the stepper motor-driven electronic flow control valve, the motor controls the distance between the needle and valve seat. Performance parameters such as resolution, accuracy, and repeatability depend on needle position adjustment, while velocity, torque, and operating pressure are determined by the stepper motor's characteristics.
