Description

The models in our KRM ST series take on bending work on workpieces up to 3000 mm (118 in.) in length. The heavy, medium-capacity round bending machines have a solid, closed machine frame and a motor-driven rear roller. Conical bending and pre-bending are among the features that allow you a wide range of applications for individual production in metalworking, steel and metal construction. Asymmetrical structure Motorized drive with 4 kW Hardened rollers Conical bender Plate bending machine with heavy, closed machine frame and motorized back roll infeed for applications in locksmithery, steel and metal construction Equipped with asymmetric roll arrangement, the machines of this series are suitable for heavy plates The back roller is manually feedable, optionally the feed can also be motorized The crowned rolls are made of high quality steel and are hardened and therefore also suitable for processing stainless steel There are wire insertion grooves in the lower and rear rollers The powerful electric motor integrated in the base frame drives the upper and lower rolls via a reduction gearbox The direction of rotation is controlled by the operator via a foot switch on the separate control panel
