Overview
The KraussMaffei nucleation unit controls dosing of air or CO₂ into polyurethane (PUR) components to modify foam cell structure, reduce material consumption and enhance physical properties. It is designed for integration with KraussMaffei metering systems and can be installed directly in the day tank or in the day tank bypass.
