OverviewMEDIAFILL10 media dispenser is a compact, automated system for aseptic dispensing of cell culture media into Petri dishes (supports 90 mm standard, 60 mm optional). It accepts prepared sterile media (1–10 L) and is designed to integrate with automatic media preparators to form a complete preparation-and-dispensing line.

Operation and automationAll functions are managed via a full-screen graphical interface guiding the operator through setup and runs. Plate transport is monitored by sensors and the system auto-adjusts for plate diameter and stack shape. Typical workflow: after preparing 9 L of medium the system can fill up to 540 plates with a single operation. For aseptic filling, the work area should be equipped with a UV sterilization lamp.
