Operating modes

• Standard mode: prepare standard or high-sensitivity media with programmable sterilization temperature/time and dispensing timing.
• Chocolate agar mode: two-step heating/sterilization allowing nutrient addition via the feeding port after sterilization.
• Water bath mode: pre-dissolve media at 30–80 °C; water jacket system permits heating liquids in glassware placed in the sterilizer.
• Sterilization mode: functions as a benchtop sterilizer for small batches of tubes, flasks and glassware.

Medium sterilization & reliability
Combined efficient heating/cooling and uniform agitation reduce thermal stress and preserve media components. Pt-1000 temperature probe and microprocessor control ensure repeatable sterilization. The system performs automatic airtightness checks before cycles and includes independent temperature and pressure detectors, over-voltage protection and automatic pressure relief on electronic fault.

Simple dispensing & integration
Designed to minimize residual volume and ease lab workflows. Compatible with automated plate dispensers and manual peristaltic pumps; adaptable to plates, flasks and jars. Dispensing hoses (Ø 6 mm, thickness 2 mm) and ports support aseptic additions and diverse dispensing setups.
