MEDIAPREP30 is an automatic culture medium preparator designed for clinical and research laboratories to sterilize, prepare and dispense culture media with reproducible results. Operating modes

• Standard mode: Programmable sterilization and dispensing profiles for routine and high-sensitivity media.
• Chocolate agar mode: Two-step procedure enabling additive introduction (e.g., blood) after initial sterilization and controlled reheating.
• Water bath mode: Pre-dissolution and heating of media at 30–80 °C using an integrated water bath arrangement.
• Sterilization mode: Tabletop sterilizer function for small batches of tubes, flasks and glassware.

Performance and operation
The system provides fast, uniform heating/cooling and controlled agitation to minimize thermal stress and preserve media composition. Automatic leak and lid-seal checks are performed before sterilization. Multiple independent temperature and pressure sensors plus over-pressure protection ensure operational safety. Sterilization parameters and process logs can be recorded for traceability.
