Description

This direct-acting, cartridge safety pressure relief valve is specifically designed for installation into many common medical fittings and plastic housings. It can be installed in either forward or reverse flow directions. The valve features all stainless steel construction, making it compatible with a wide range of fluids and gases. A high quality metal seat provides low leakage, repeatable cracking pressure, fast response time, low hysteresis, and long life. The valve is 100% functionally tested to ensure performance. A ceramic ball version is also available.Mounting Configuration: Press-In - Into PlasticDiameter: 2.54 mmFull Open Lohm Rate: 750 LohmsMaximum Working Pressure: Dependent on Housing MaterialRelief Pressure Range: 100 to 345 kPaGeneral PerformanceCharacteristicSpecificationFull Open Lohm Rate750 LohmsLeakage10 SCCM (max) at 500 kPa (72.5 psid) on AirMaximum Working PressureDependent on Housing Material, Configuration, and Operating ConditionsMaterialsComponentMaterialBody303 Stainless SteelCage305 Stainless SteelSpring302 Stainless SteelBall440C Stainless Steel or CeramicPart Numbers & SpecificationsPart NumberLohm RateCracking PressureBall MaterialInstallation Hole Drawing NumberApproximate WeightCCPI2510100S750 Lohms100 +/- 15 kPa (14.5 +/- 2.2 psid)440C Stainless Steel1INST012735S0.10 gramsCCPI2510150S750 Lohms150 +/- 22.5 kPa (21.8 +/- 3.3 psid)440C Stainless Steel1INST012735S0.10 gramsCCPI2510200S750 Lohms200 +/- 30 kPa (29 +/- 4.4 psid)440C Stainless Steel1INST012735S0.10 gramsCCPI2510250S750 Lohms250 +/- 37.5 kPa (36.3 +/- 5.4 psid)440C Stainless Steel1INST012735S0.10 gramsCCPI2510300S750 Lohms300 +/- 45 kPa (43.5 +/- 6.5 psid)440C Stainless Steel1INST012735S0.10 gramsCCPI2510345S750 Lohms345 +/- 51.8 kPa (50 +/- 7.5 psid)440C Stainless Steel1INST012735S0.10 gramsCCPI2580100S750 Lohms100 +/- 15 kPa (14.5 +/- 2.2 psid)Ceramic1INST012735S0.09 gramsCCPI2580150S750 Lohms150 +/- 22.5 kPa (21.8 +/- 3.3 psid)Ceramic1INST012735S0.09 gramsCCPI2580200S750 Lohms200 +/- 30 kPa (29 +/- 4.4 psid)Ceramic1INST012735S0.09 gramsCCPI2580250S750 Lohms250 +/- 37.5 kPa (36.3 +/- 5.4 psid)Ceramic1INST012735S0.09 gramsCCPI2580300S750 Lohms300 +/- 45 kPa (43.5 +/- 6.5 psid)Ceramic1INST012735S0.09 gramsCCPI2580345S750 Lohms345 +/- 51.8 kPa (50 +/- 7.5 psid)Ceramic1INST012735S0.09 gramsCracking pressure is defined as the pressure at which uprun flow exceeds 50 SCCM of air.Replacement Parts & AccessoriesPart NumberDescriptionCCRT0024277SForward 2.5 mm Press-In Installation ToolCCRT0048048SReverse 2.5 mm Press-In Installation ToolInstallation Procedures: Forward and Reverse 2.5 mm Press-In Pressure Relief Valve Installation Procedures available.CAD Envelope: 2.5 mm Press-In Pressure Relief Valve Model available.Key Product FactsMounting Configuration: Press-In - Into PlasticDiameter: 2.54 mmFull Open Lohm Rate: 750 LohmsMaximum Working Pressure: Dependent on Housing MaterialRelief Pressure Range: 100 to 345 kPaSpecifications / Technical CharacteristicsDirect-acting, cartridge safety pressure relief valveDesigned for medical fittings and plastic housingsForward or reverse flow installationAll stainless steel constructionCompatible with a wide range of fluids and gasesLow leakage, repeatable cracking pressure, fast response time, low hysteresis, long life100% functionally testedCeramic ball version available
