Description

This cartridge safety pressure relief valve offers superior flow capacity for its size. It is designed specifically for installation into plastic housings or fittings and can be installed in either direction, providing forward or reverse flow capabilities. The direct-acting relief valve features a high quality metal seat that delivers low leakage, repeatable cracking pressure, low hysteresis, and long life. The valve is 100% functionally tested to ensure performance. - Mounting Configuration: Press-In - Into Plastic - Diameter: 6.60 mm - Full Open Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms - Maximum Working Pressure: Dependent on Housing Material - Relief Pressure Range: 100 to 500 kPa General Performance - Full Open Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms - Leakage: 20 SCCM (max) at 172 kPa (25 psid) on Air - Maximum Working Pressure: Dependent on Housing Material, Configuration, and Operating Conditions Materials - Body: 303 Stainless Steel - Cage: 305 Stainless Steel - Spring: 302 Stainless Steel - Ball: 440C Stainless Steel Part Numbers & Specifications - Part Number: CCPI6510100S, Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 100 +/- 15 kPa (14.5 +/- 2.2 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST085542S, Approximate Weight: 1.5 grams - Part Number: CCPI6510150S, Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 150 +/- 22.5 kPa (21.8 +/- 3.3 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST085542S, Approximate Weight: 1.5 grams - Part Number: CCPI6510200S, Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 200 +/- 30 kPa (29 +/- 4.4 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST085542S, Approximate Weight: 1.5 grams - Part Number: CCPI6510250S, Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 250 +/- 37.5 kPa (36.3 +/- 5.4 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST085542S, Approximate Weight: 1.5 grams - Part Number: CCPI6510300S, Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 300 +/- 45 kPa (43.5 +/- 6.5 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST085542S, Approximate Weight: 1.5 grams - Part Number: CCPI6510350S, Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 350 ± 52.5 kPa (50.8 ± 7.6 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST085542S, Approximate Weight: 1.5 grams - Part Number: CCPI6510400S, Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 400 ± 60 kPa (58 ± 8.7 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST085542S, Approximate Weight: 1.5 grams - Part Number: CCPI6510500S, Lohm Rate: 75 Lohms, Cracking Pressure: 500 ± 75 kPa (72.5 ± 10.9 psid), Installation Hole Drawing Number: 1INST085542S, Approximate Weight: 1.5 grams Cracking pressure is defined as the pressure at which uprun flow exceeds 50 SCCM of air.
