Materials

• Treadle and housing constructed from cast iron for strength and durability

• Single 3/4"-14 N.P.T. threaded conduit entry is standard (dual and metric available on special order)
• Designed for use with variable speed motor drives; available in selected 2 watt linear values
• Depressing the treadle rotates the potentiometer from zero to the selected maximum resistance
• Treadle is spring-loaded and returns to normal position when foot pressure is removed
• Auxiliary switch contact rated at 15 A, 125-250 VAC can be added
• Switch engages at beginning of the treadle stroke; up to 3 SPDT switches can be added and adjusted for operation at any point of the stroke

• Special dual 1/2"-14 N.P.T. conduit entry and metric entries available on special order
• Available potentiometer values: 5,000 ohm and 10,000 ohm standard; other values by special order
• Models available with cast aluminum base and covers (except unshielded cover which is gray iron)
