Description
Overview The LOCKEEL® e-bike charging station is designed for safe outdoor storage and charging of e-bike, pedelec and electric scooter batteries, as well as batteries for tools and technical equipment. It features eight individual compartments, each fitted with two IP54 sockets (230 V, 16 A) with overvoltage protection for secure charging in varied conditions.
Construction and protection The enclosure is manufactured from moisture- and weather-resistant galvanised steel sheet with a UV-resistant stove-enamel finish. Double-walled doors provide dust- and moisture-protected storage; they close flush using magnetic catches and are fitted with rubber bumpers to reduce noise. The rust- and weather-resistant base includes leveling feet and is prepared for permanent anchoring. Two service compartments are integrated in the base.
Electrical equipment Each compartment contains two IP54 sockets (230 V, 16 A) with surge protection. Sockets in the upper compartments are positioned slightly lower for improved accessibility. Power distribution and connection comply with industry wiring requirements.
Quality features
Options and delivery Available in multiple colours and compatible with various locking systems. A cylinder lock for the service compartment and a master key are supplied as standard. A drilling template for anchoring the unit is included.
Assembly instructions Install the charging station on a stable concrete foundation with minimum dimensions 86 × 62 cm and recommended depth 50 cm. Route a cable conduit through the centre of the foundation. Supply connection: three-core cable, minimum cross-section 2.5 mm². Detailed installation steps are provided in the operating manual.
