Product overview
The LOCKEEL® e-bike charging station provides secure outdoor storage and simultaneous charging for batteries of e-bikes, pedelecs, electric scooters and small battery-powered tools. It comprises 12 individual compartments and integrated double sockets per compartment.
Applications
The unit is designed for public and private installations where safe charging and storage are required: bike parking areas, company sites, rental stations, workshops and technical facilities. Suitable for outdoor use under normal weather exposure.
Construction and materials
The housing is manufactured from moisture- and weather-resistant galvanised steel sheet with a UV-resistant baked enamel finish. Doors are double-walled for improved protection against dust and moisture, close flush with magnetic catches and include rubber bumpers to reduce noise.
Electrical and service features
Each charging compartment is fitted with two IP54 sockets (Type F, 230 V, 16 A) with integrated surge protection. Sockets in upper compartments are slightly offset downward for improved accessibility. The station includes three service compartments located at the base for electrical and maintenance access.
Base and installation
The rust- and weather-resistant base with adjustable leveling feet ensures stable placement. The base is prepared for firm anchoring to a concrete foundation. Recommended foundation dimensions: minimum 126 x 62 cm, recommended depth 50 cm. A central cable conduit must be provided for the connection (three-core cable, minimum cross-section 2.5 mm²).

The charging station is available in several colours and can be supplied with alternative locking systems on request. The service compartment is supplied as standard with a cylinder lock; a master key for emergency opening is included in the delivery scope.
Assembly instructions
Install the station on a stable concrete foundation with minimum plan dimensions 126 x 62 cm and a recommended depth of 50 cm. Route a central conduit through the foundation for the connection cable (three-core, min. 2.5 mm²). A drilling template for anchor bolts and a detailed installation manual are included with delivery.
