The E-Mix series dispensing systems are based on progressive cavity pumps for dosing the two components. This series is particularly well-suited for processing. The E-Mix series dispensing systems have a modular design and due to their compact size, are ideal for mounting on gantries or robots. Integration into automation solutions is possible via standard interfaces. In various applications, the system enables precise application of materials, while in potting applications, it allows for potting with both filled and unfilled materials. Both materials from cartridges or pressure vessels and highly viscous materials can be dispensed. Even abrasive materials can be handled reliably. With the appropriate configuration, various dispensing parameters, mixing ratios, and processes can be configured and saved for repeatable processes. - Dispensing speed: from 0.02 ml/min to 600 ml/min (depending on viscosity and mixing ratio, higher speed upon request) - Mixing ratio: 100:100 to 100:1 - Mixer: static mixer, dynamic mixer - Viscosity: 5 mPas to 1,000,000 mPas - Materials: unfilled, filled, abrasive - Material supply: up to ca. 50,000 mPas by pressure tank, up to 1,500,000 mPas by drum pumps
