The reactor employs VPI technology to ensure deep epoxy resin penetration, achieving 3500VAC insulation resistance (IEC 61869-2 compliant) and exceptional moisture resistance. Combined with triple-protection coating (anti-corrosion, anti-salt spray, anti-UV), it withstands harsh conditions in tunnels, coastal areas, and underground stations.

Engineered for 700A continuous current with 25× overload capacity (17.5kA), the reactor stabilizes DC bus voltage in traction converters, minimizing harmonics and voltage spikes. Operation Environment
A) Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m, shall be derating used if above 1000m;
B) Ambient Temperature: -25ºC~55ºC.
C) Relative Humidity: ≤95%;
D) As to the installation site, to make sure no bad effect on transformer insulation, chemical deposition, dust, and other explosive or erosive medium.
E) The supply voltage approximates sinusoidal wave, and the three-phase voltage is relatively balanced.
