Description

– Continuous pasteurisation process by means of a submerged modular belt – Maximum pasteurisation temperature of 100°C – Extends the expiry date of the pasteurised product – Possibility of automating product entry and exit – Possibility of connecting a system for cooling the product once pasteurised – Fitted with a condensation extraction funnel – Strip curtains at product entry and exit points to avoid temperature loss – Covers can be removed manually – Fitted with perforated sheets to prevent product from floating – Belt can be raised automatically to clean the machine – Heating by direct steam, electric resistors, or both
