Simple clamp with one bolt for temporary repair of all types of water or gas pipes. Compatible with potable water, it is used for repairing small cracks. Also available with stainless steel nuts and bolts for higher corrosion resistance. - Repair of rigid pipelines made of steel, cast iron, fibre cement and PVC. - Certified for use on potable water systems according to M.D. 174 of 2004. - Subject to pressure testing in laboratory. - Application on all types of surfaces, even on rough surfaces. - Operating temperature -10°C / 60°C. - Do not expose to direct sunlight (to preserve the condition of the gasket). - See the recommended applications to choose the right clamp. - Follow the directions provided to determine the length. Materials: - Ductile cast iron clamp GJS-600-3 according to UNI EN 1563, with white protective coating obtained through hot-dip galvanisation, according to UNI EN ISO 1461. - Galvanised steel fixing bolts: screw M10 (D21-D64) M12 (D65-D229) according to UNI EN ISO 898-1 with square below the head ref. DIN/ISO 603, flanged nut DIN 6923. white electrolytic protective zinc coating. - NBR rubber gasket, 60 shore hardness, attached to the stainless steel strip in compliance with DM174/2004 for use on potable water systems. - AISI 304 stainless steel strip, thickness 0.60mm (D21-D60) and 0.80mm (D60-D229). - Stainless steel (AISI 304) bolts on request.
