Overview
The DA300 is a compact 5-axis vertical machining center that combines design elements from both vertical and horizontal platforms to deliver high productivity on multi-axis parts within a small footprint. The machine uses integral direct-drive A- and C-axes to provide five-side access for single‑setup production of complex components while preserving rigidity and dynamic motion control.

The DA300 is built for intensive milling, drilling and tapping across a broad range of industrial applications, including hydraulic and pneumatic components, optical, electrical and semiconductor parts, medical and dental products, die-cast components, automotive parts and aerospace components.

Machine Control & Productivity
Makino Professional 6 control provides an operator‑focused interface and assistance screens. SGI.5 (Super Geometric Intelligence) optimises toolpath execution to reduce cycle times. The machine includes a data center (1 GB), part program storage (2 GB) and extensive five‑axis software and safety functions to streamline production.
