Single chamber machine with a rotary table to test LPG tanks. The various stages of the test are divided into 8 stations: this solution was necessary in order to achieve the required cycle time. Principle of measurement: Global test with mass-spectrometer. The machine is provided by a single vacuum chamber, assembled on welded and painted stainless steel frame. Under the vacuum chamber of the machine it is placed a rotary table with 8 stations. On each station is carried out one of the phases of the process. In this way it is possible to optimize the working flow of the machine, obtaining a production rate of 30 parts/h. The cabinets contain the electric switchboard, the analysis system and the pneumatic boards for the distribution of the air and the helium are enclosed within the frame. HMI is made by a touch-screen colour monitor and one remote control box with the push-buttons and light signals for the operator. The equipment provides separate outlet ports for helium and air discharge and it is engineered to be connected to a helium recovery system. The machine is manufactured with the requested colour required from the customer.
