Pipe hydraulic clamp 01 series

Product Overview
Mathey Dearman cage clamps are available in manual hand lever, ratchet, and hydraulic models, in tack or no-tack versions. They align pipe for welding through Schedule 80 and cover pipe sizes 2"–60" / 60.3–1,524 mm.

Usage Notes
Cage clamps are for pipe alignment only and are not designed to reform pipe. Each clamp size fits one specific pipe diameter. If the pipe o/d varies more than ±3/16" / 5 mm from the indicated clamp diameter, accurate alignment may not be achieved.

Product Advantages

• Stainless-steel contact points and odd-size clamp options available on request. Add "SS" to the part number for stainless contact points.
• No-tack cross bars are arched to permit full-circle welding without removing the clamp, facilitating continuous welds.
• Tack-type straight cross bars have flared ends to ease positioning and clamping; remove the clamp after tack welding to complete the weld.
• Both tack and no-tack cross bars can be supplied in stainless steel for stainless and other specialty alloy applications.
