Product Description
Mathey Dearman’s Hydraulic cage clamp uses a rugged hydraulic closure to generate the extra force required to align large-diameter pipes and enables rapid release from the pipe for efficient handling. Available for 16–60" (406–1,524 mm) pipe diameters, the clamp supports full-circle welding when used with the appropriate cross bar option.

Product Advantages

• 12 ton hydraulic jack included for high clamping force
• Available upon request with multiple cross bar configurations
• No-tack (arched) cross bars permit a full-circle weld without removing the clamp, improving weld continuity and productivity
• Tack-type straight cross bars have flared ends to facilitate pipe positioning and allow removal after tack welding to complete the weld
• Cross bars available in stainless steel for use with stainless and specialty alloy pipes
