Portable pipe cutting and beveling machine EZPCM

Overview
Mathey Dearman’s E-Z Pipecut Manual is a compact, hand-operated chain-driven oxy-fuel pipe cutting and bevelling machine designed for on-site and workshop use. It cuts and bevels pipe walls from 0.197" / 5 mm up to 2" / 50 mm and, in standard configuration, covers pipe diameters from 4.5" / 114 mm to 24" / 600 mm. The low gear ratio and worm wheel drive deliver smooth, accurate cutting. A quick-release clutch permits rapid chain disengagement for fast setup and positioning, and the bevelling head angle (up to 45°) is set precisely via a rack-and-pinion scale.

Guide Band
For guaranteed square cuts and bevels on pipe diameters larger than 24" / 600 mm, use the optional guide band system matched to the pipe size. Note: outside the USA the standard green hoses are supplied in blue.

Chain and Guide Band Calculations
Chain calculation: Pipe diameter (inch) x 3.142 + 24 = total (inch) × 2.54 = total (cm). Example: 36" → 36 × 3.142 = 113.112; +24 = 137.112 in → ×2.54 = 348.26 cm.
Guide band calculation: Pipe diameter (inch) + 2 × 3.142 + 6 = total (inch) × 2.54 = total (cm). Example: 36" → 36 + 2×3.142 + 6 = 48.284 in → ×2.54 = 122.59 cm.
