The PDV-300 hydraulic press is specifically designed for the production of Klopper heads. It delivers a power capacity of 300 Tn. The upper plate is 700 x 700mm in size and is guided with the aid of four rails. The lower plate is 2,800 x 800mm in size. The maximum opening between plates is 900 mm. The upper plate can move a maximum distance of 600 mm. The press is equipped with a hydraulic motor with an integrated flow control pump. The machine incorporates two speeds- approximation speed and operating speed. The stroke distance is regulated by means of a linear encoder while the pressure is regulated by means of an electrical pressure regulating switch. The machine weighs 20,000 kg. Its engine delivers power of 30 Hp.
