Description

Overview
  • CNC double-column vertical lathe F series designed for heavy-duty turning of large-diameter workpieces. Primary structure in HT250–HT300 gray cast iron (aged and stress-relieved). Spindle and ram cast in QT600 ductile cast iron. Ball screw ф63 mm. CNC control options: SIEMENS 828D, FANUC OI-TF/OHTF, GSK980TDI.

  • Machine construction: double-column vertical bed with rigid crossrail and selectable hydrostatic or rolling guideways.
  • Materials & treatment: HT250–HT300 cast iron, manual scraping on contact surfaces, gearset forged/quenched/ground (40Cr/45 steel) with precision shims.
  • Spindle & drives: QT600 spindle/ram, worktable drive with multi-step or stepless options, main motors 55–132 kW depending on model.
  • Feed & kinematics: stepless feed ranges 1–500 / 0.1–1000 mm/r, rapid traverse up to 3000/4000 mm/min, worktable speed ranges per model down to 0.2 r/min.
