  • Material hardness and process: material hardness ≥ HB180; rough machining → secondary aging → finish machining
  • Surface precision: manual hand-scraping of contact surfaces; crossbeam convexity correction; PTFE soft strips on tool-post slideways to reduce friction
  • Gearing: forged, quenched and ground gears (40Cr / 45 steel) with ground spacers/shims for accurate assembly
