Product overview:
Double-column vertical lathe series D designed for heavy-duty large-diameter turning and machining of large workpieces. Machine casting uses HT250–HT300 gray cast iron with stress relief; spindle and ram in QT600 ductile cast iron. Suitable for roughing, ageing process and finish machining workflows.

  • Material hardness: > HB180 (process: rough machining → secondary aging → finish machining)
